EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept product returns provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. 

Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the items are returned to Pomme within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.

To complete a return, you must first email hello@pomme.world to notify us that you wish to return or exchange your order. You will then be emailed instructions on how to return your package, and what information is required.

Any return shipping is done at your own expense, and must be sent via a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Pomme takes no responsibility for lost incoming deliveries without trackable proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you are exchanging for an alternative item then a flat rate of $10 for return shipping will be applied.

For International returns you must mark on the postal company’s consignment ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes.

Pomme reserves the right to question or deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/Mastercard).

We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or customised items.
