I got ready at the venue we had chosen for our wedding, the Spanish inspired property Casa Mio Surf Hacienda just a few minutes from NSW surf town Crescent Head. We fell in love with the venue instantly and had spent many weekends away together along the mid north coast. We loved the relaxed styling of the venue and the natural elements that were within its design - complemented by exposed timber beams, rustic fire pits and cactuses throughout.

My mum and sister (and my baby boy, Nash) got ready with me on the day in the main casa which was really special. My sister Arianne had prepared pamper packs of facemasks and beauty products, our Pomme robes and of course fluffy white slippers. 

There were so many moments that were memorable for me, but being walked down the aisle by my dad was the definitely the stand out. It was so emotional being surrounded by all our loved ones and seeing Jake at the end of the aisle holding our son Nash - such an incredible moment.
